How much does it cost?

There is no charge for warranty repairs if your Mac service is covered under Apple's limited warranty or an AppleCare Protection Plan.

We also provde out-of-warranty service and upgrades for your Mac. Service prices depend on the issue your Mac is having and the model of Mac that you have. Please visit a store for details.

  1. Backup your Mac with Time Machine. If your Mac won't function well enough to complete a backup, we have data recovery services available.
  2. Bring your device to one of our Utah locations: Logan, Riverdale, or Sandy.

Warranty Status Check

1. Click below to bring up Apple's Online Service Assistant.

2. Type in your serial number and select United States. You can find your serial number in your Apple menu (top left hand corner of your screen). Choose "About the Mac" and click on the version number of Mac OS X twice.
